Red Deer Hunts
The Red deer is widespread throughout New Zealand and we have a couple of great private free range properties where you will encounter red deer and trophy red stags that are traditional style stags like a Royal 12 or a Majestic 14 pointer.
If you are looking for a red stag trophy for the wall or are after some meat to full freezer then we can help.
Red Deer Meat Hunts
HALF DAY ONLY HUNT - $400.00 + Animal fee
Due to the location of our closest property we can offer this extremely popular hunt - (Half day hunts start from First light until lunchtime. Or after lunch into the evening)
Trip includes a professional hunting guide for two people, transport to and from the property traveling by 4WD. Food and beverages, equipment and quality firearms are also supplied.
Animal fee – Hind $250.00 Management Red stags from $500.00
*Management stag is a stag that is not a trophy due to its antler formation.
FULL DAY HUNT - $550.00 + Animal Fee - Trip includes a professional hunting guide for two people, transport to and from the property traveling by 4WD. Food and beverages, equipment and quality firearms are also supplied.

Red Deer Trophy Hunts
We recommend a minimum of two days for red stag trophy hunting – bookings are essential as trophy spots are limited. The best time to secure a trophy is in the Roar or Rut which is anywhere from late March to May.
$550.00 + Trophy Fee - Trip includes a professional hunting guide for two people, transport to and from the property traveling by 4WD, Food and beverages, equipment and quality firearms are also supplied. We currently do not have accommodation on this property.
Red stag trophy fees - 12 Point Stag $2500.00 - 14 Point Stag $3500.00 Includes field preparation of your trophy stag for the Taxidermist.

Management Meat Hunts – Hunt for a quality red deer on our exclusive enclosed private property. less than a half hours’ drive from Napier here you will encounter red deer while hunting in a safe environment with a professional hunting guide.
